At ADENIS Jewellery Trading L.L.C (“ADENIS Jewellery”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery. Due to the high value and sensitive nature of jewellery products, returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions as outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval after inspection.
Returns are accepted for the following categories only if all conditions are met:
- Gold jewellery
- Diamond jewellery (certificate mandatory)
- Silver jewellery
- Gemstone jewellery
All returned items are subject to quality, weight, and authenticity inspection by our team
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery
- Engraved items
- Made-to-order pieces
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices
- Items that have been resized, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery
Conditions For Return Approval
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include the original invoice and certificate (if applicable)
- Pass our quality, weight, and authenticity inspection
- Have an unboxing and packaging opening video clearly showing the item and packaging condition
- Return requests without an unboxing/opening video may be rejected.
Refund Method And Processing Time
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
- No cash refunds are provided
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after the returned item successfully passes inspection
Store Credit
- Exchanges are not offered
- Store credit may be issued only if a return is approved
- Store credit is subject to internal approval and validity terms communicated at the time of issuance
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
- Once verified, ADENIS Jewellery will cover return shipping costs
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
International Orders
For international purchases:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable
- The item remains the customer’s responsibility until it is safely received by us
We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping only
- Once an order is shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

Final Note
Due to fluctuations in precious metal prices and the nature of fine jewellery, ADENIS Jewellery reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request in accordance with this policy.
